Good news from Tampa…Chien-Ming Wang is throwing off the mound and reports neither pain nor discomfort nor concern for his push-off foot, which broke and ended his season early last year.
More good news, Posada easily tossed 140 balls and plans to start putting more stress on the shoulder.
