Booby Crosby is making $5.25 million this year. Good luck trading that even in his last year. So a team that spent $47 million on payroll last year has almost %20 of that wrapped up in these two guys. Even if they compete. Does anyone believe that billy beane won’t be unloading guys at the trade deadline? He’s such a genius that no one can understand what the hell he’s doing.
Looking at Giants box score today and see that Matt Cain got smacked around in 1.2 ip. Early or not it’s never good to to get taken out in the middle of the second inning. (Maybe he had an early tee time?) He’s penciled in as the Giants 2nd starter. Cain is also 15-30 the last 2 years. I know we spoke about the Giants a bit back but methinks their pitching isn’t as good as everyone thinks it is. Away from Lincecum are they as good as their reputations? How good are they going to have to be with limited run support?

I dont even know what to say about the four horseman line.
Then they got into role playing as wrestlers.They used to talk shit about us for dialouging phone calls, that were VERY funny by the way, and then they wanna be The Hulkster charging to the ring to I am a real american .

Opening day cheapies are about $40, I think. But Games two and three are MUCH cheaper. As cheap as $7 on STUB HUB. It might be worth it to go to Games Two and Three. I know. Opening day is the big one, though.

STUB HUB is better than Orioles.com. More choices, cheaper. Also, i got FILED LEVEL TIX on Opening Day for $80 on EBAY. First try EBAY. Then STUB HUB. EBAY you can get GREAT DEALS. I saved over a thousand dollars on all of My Colts and Oriole memorabilia. My apartment looks like The Orioles/Colts Hall of Fame. Plus I have a bunch pf Colts jersey, Oriole shirts, etc.
JRZ: I’m 43 years old, and have never been on a plain. I’m Not afraid of flying, I just never had the money. I bought a brand new car in 2003, so all of my money goes to my car, gas, Orioles shirts, tuition for graduate school, etc.
Cheapents for opening day on STUB HUB is $47.50. I’ll go on ebay, see what I find.
