Great night for The 4ever Family. Came through with somelast minute tickets and had a ball. Literally for Jr, as Braun tossed him a Delgado foul ball. A night to remember for him, and for me to witness.
Kev – Hope you had fun. The house was rockin’ when something big happened. The left field bleachers seems like the spot to be. They were making noise all night. We”ll speak in the morning! What a win! Mets in ’09!
I’m looking for a huge rift to develop if Girardi, as he did yesterday, makes it a habit of pulling Posada for Molina for defensive purposes late in the game. It’s the right move, but Jorge is way too volatile to accept it quietly.
Jrz – I’d be lying through my teeth if I said I wasn’t going crazy. It was a huge night for the kid and he don’t know much about this PED shit yet. He wanted to see it done and his reaction was priceless.
I am glad the kid got to see it and am really happy for you getting to watch him have the time of his young life.Thats the whole reason we do everything we do, right Brother?
NICE!!! LB.I’m gonna take my shot with the lens today.Mets4,TT’s one thing, but as far as your kid goes,I’m glad he had a great day, worth it’s weight in gold.
Lev – That was a ripper down the left field line and barely made it foul.
The stadium looks great and I think they did a great job. Alot of “cheesy” advertisements are littered throughout the scoreboard and such and it seemed a little bit tacky but if there was a bad seat in the house, I could not find it. I’d also like to see a little bit MORE blue & orange. It seemed a bit like an away game for me but I think it will grow on me.
Lev – That was a ripper down the left field line bro. I had a little chat with Murph over there and told him that you wanted him to step his game up. He promised he’d work at it, LOL.
Mets, I rcvd the pictures of Citi and they will be the Sunday BBT edition. I do one a day, any more and my nuts get permanently jarred.
Hey fellas, tomorrow Citi gets the picture treatment but I will still visit out of fun/respect at one time or another, of course outfitted in full Yankee regalia. tee mf hee
OK J, now that you hold testicular violence over my head, I was coming down off the far back of the 4 platform, looking south down River Ave that is. that’s actually across the street from the old digs.
For the Posada one, I snuck down in the ninth, squeezed through a column and seat and started leapfrogging over rows so as to not confront ushers/security directly. I was right down in the section about three rows up from Rudy Giuliani territory, which by the way is surrounded by a concrete “moat” that a siberian tiger couldn’t jump across. It wanted to get down that low but it was too conspicuous. So, I was pretty close. Lot of security around, dudes in plainclothes and sunglasses.
Yeah J, the best way up and down is via the stairwell to the back left of the food court on the field level concourse.
Actually saw Ronan Tynan AGAIN, he was by the steakhouse with a crowd of people around him, on the phone trying politely to get people away from him hahahaa. shayziss chryist
Hey Mets- I heard a rumor that there was a guy in a gorilla suit who climbed the Bridge in right wearing a Sheffield jersey after Sheff hit 500. Any truth to it?
I’m going with a buddy of mine, who’s got some primo seats, but I just got a call from him telling me he can’t make it.His mom is in the hosp, and apparently took a turn for the worse last night.Definitely puts a damper on things.Trying to find a replacement now.Gotta make some calls, talk you later.
"During my 18 years I came to bat almost 10,000 times. I struck out about 1,700 times and walked maybe 1,800 times. You figure a ballplayer will average about 500 at-bats a season. That means I played 7 years without ever hitting the ball." - Mickey Mantle
Sweet pix LB

Hey 4 sounds like a sweet time. I got to get over to Citi. No excuse for me, it’s ten minutes away!!
M4E sounds like a good time was had for all. Let’s go Rangers today.
Go Rangers!!!!
I’m looking for a huge rift to develop if Girardi, as he did yesterday, makes it a habit of pulling Posada for Molina for defensive purposes late in the game. It’s the right move, but Jorge is way too volatile to accept it quietly.
mets4, sounds like everybody had a blast and I am sure nobody more than JR.Glad you guys got to see a tie, seein as Sheffs HR dont count…HAHAHA
Jrz – I’d be lying through my teeth if I said I wasn’t going crazy. It was a huge night for the kid and he don’t know much about this PED shit yet. He wanted to see it done and his reaction was priceless.

Mets-I know the foul ball you are talking about. Sounds like a great time. Good for you.
I am glad the kid got to see it and am really happy for you getting to watch him have the time of his young life.Thats the whole reason we do everything we do, right Brother?

LB, where were you standing to take the 2nd pic down?
GDY, have a good time Bro and get some good shots.
JRZ,3 days in a row.I’m on a run.Heading in to the palace in a little while.
Thanks bros.

GDY, you gonna go in as early as they will allow so you can take the place in before the game?
GDY have a great time @ the game…I should be home from work just in time for 1st pitch. Hopefully CMW gets his act together today.
J, for the second shot I was levitating, hovering in midair.
you got jokes, huh?Lets see if you can levitate my nuts..HAHA
Yeah JRZ,I’ll be there when the gates open, want to spend as much time scoping it out as I can. Thanks Sup,I was thinking the same thing about Wang.
Mets, I rcvd the pictures of Citi and they will be the Sunday BBT edition. I do one a day, any more and my nuts get permanently jarred.

We will know about Wang in the 1st inning, if the ball is down in the zone its smooth sailin.
GDY if Wang’s on his game it’s a pretty decent matchup CMW vs. Carmona. Gotta feeling it could be another high scoring affair.
Great shot of Jorge at bat also.Is that one from the concourse?
OK J, now that you hold testicular violence over my head, I was coming down off the far back of the 4 platform, looking south down River Ave that is. that’s actually across the street from the old digs.
Big fan of smooth sailin
El – Use ‘em (or not) at your preference. Whatever helps you out with this great place. It’s the least I could do!
GDY – Have a good time!
I thought it was the old joint.Stans is at the end of the blcok on the left, no?
right u r jrz…otherwise it’s more BP fastballs.
Mets- I’m glad you told Murph BBT is watching him.
The only way you are a fan of smooth sailin is if you get to pillage and plunder once you hit land.
High scoring is a definite possibility Sup.Too early to tell, but there seems to be something of a mini jet stream heading out to right.

GDY- Enjoy the game- 7 ip 3 h out of Wang today.
Get yours, GDY, enjoy yourself.
Ronan Tynan is gonna hire Giuliani’s guys the next time he is there Lib. I hear they sing backup too.
LB, do you know what the story is with the stairwells between the 1st and 2nd groups of seats?
HaHa,You know me too well JRZ.No pillaging today, wouldn’t want to get bounced on my first trip.Plunder is another story.
What’s the word on Matsui…might he be heading to the DL?
Yea, I guess ya gotta make the whole game 1st time in the new joint.Who you goin with? Family? The boys?
Thanks guy’s.Lev,I like that prediction.
Yeah J, the best way up and down is via the stairwell to the back left of the food court on the field level concourse.

Hey Kev was at the game last night no?

Jrz – Msalles is having a ball with his bullpen analysis the last few days. your boys are giving him some ammo.
Steven A. Smith is out at espn aka RedSox Nation. Now if only Joe Morgan can join him.
Lib- That should be required watching for all potential free agents.
