What happened to the Hughes kid Cha was the whole world was placed on his shoulders last year and he couldnt handle it…so it only goes to say that Ritardi should have pulled the kid tonight after 2 maybe 3 runs scored instead of leaving him out to dry for 8…right now that kid has as much pressure on him as last year and he might not get his confidence back if he ever recovered from last year

Why wouldn’t you hold a runner on second at Fenway of all places, a park with the shortest left field in baseball?
