Livan Hernandez has been a warrior in his last two outings, and the Mets really haven’t used him to his long-haul strength yet. In other words, they haven’t left him out there for 120 pitches a game. Yesterday’s game was the first that Livan cleared 100 pitches, finishing with 104. That’s a good sign on May 10th because he’s a horse that can pull a load down the stretch. The big man looks free and easy out there backed by an offense firing on all cylinders.
Another Santana start with no offense. It makes me sick that they don’t get this guy any runs.
Not in the booth, 2 hookers w/ 4 or 5 boxes each in the stands. the 1 broad had the box upright(obviously empty) so you could read the name of the joint but neither one of em was handing out any EFFIN pizza.
That’s ridiculous. Now they are doing commercials in the stands for the food joints in the stadium? I don’t know what this is anymore.
Like they didnt just show them, the talkin heads mentioned them and the name of the pizza place.

It is unbelievable J. They have been doing this all season so far. It is nauseating how much they are pushing the food places there. They had the owner of that pizza place bring pizza to the booth one night. I can get good pizza anywhere. Why would I make a trip to Citi to get friggin pizza or shakes or tacos? Maybe they should start selling hits at the concession stands and the team will line up.

Parnell let up a single, got an out, got the hook, Reyes error on ground ball up the middle off Feliciano, back to back hits after that 5-1.
Someone is going to have to explain to me how Feliciano was allowed to pitch against Diaz who owns lefties. If you cant, put me down for thinking Jerry is a dumb fuck with the bullpen. Thanks.
I can’t explain why he let Santana go out to pitch to 2 batters, how he pulls Parnell after getting an out and how JOSE FELICIANO WAS ON THE MOUND AGAIN WHEN THE GAME WAS LOST!

DOUBLE PLAY… Looks like The Mets are about to start a big rally in the bottom of the eighth. A pinch hitter, than the top of the line-up with Reyes. It looks like a big rally is coming.
Alex Cora is the key. If he gets on, it’s like a dam being broken with Reyes coming up.
Kev- I have been asking why he takes right handers out when a lefty comes up but he keeps Feliciano in all the time when right handed hitters come up. It makes no sense. Feliciano is barely a LOOGY and he is there when the game is blown constantly. It makes no sense why he continually goes to this guy.
Pinch hit single! Like I said, that opens up the waters to break the dam! ESPECIALLY with Jose Reyes coming up!
