Yanks are short arms, there is just one more series before the break, and Melancon is on a hot streak versus a team that is down Vlad Guerrero (again). As a note, Bobby Abreu is batting .304 and has 18 SB’s. Yanks will send Chamberlain, Pettitte, and Sabathia against Saunders, Weaver, and Lackey. Tonight’s is the only late start, Saturday and Sunday are afternoon games.

Mets send Nieves, Santana, and El Girafe vs. Arroyo, Cueto, and Harang for two night games and a Sunday matinee.

Obviously your best bet is to put as close to 20% down, or @ least 20% to avoid the PMI altogether. And in Fla the MI companies have even more restrictions because they’ve basically designated the entire state as a distressed market.

Problem, as I see it w/ SI Kev is it’s overcrowded. Honestly I try (as much as possible) to not drive on the weekends, that’s how bad it is IMO. And as you know the house prices out here are pretty exorbitant. I would have moved to NJ (since I work in NJ) but my wife wanted to stay close to her parents so here we stayed.

J, you can use it anywhere because it doesn’t burn. I was in a restaurant the other day and took a few puffs. The waiter came over and said you can’t smoke in here but when I showed him what it was he was cool. It gives you the throat hit you are used to with a cigarette. I ordered a bunch of different liquids and actually found a Dunhill flavor which is my brand and it is pretty damn close. Enough that I don’t crave a real cig. It works. I have been telling everyone I know who smokes. It is a game changer.

Yeah, Lib, they come in different mg liquids so you start high and work your way down. The thing is I love smoking. I love the feel of it and the ritual nature of it and thi is the only thing I have found that replicates it without doing damage to my lungs. I tried the lozenges and patches. None of them worked, this does.

I actually got mine from cigtechs.com because they had the one I wanted in stock, the Joye 510. It cost $75 for two batteries, two atomizers, a charger, and 5 cartridges of Marlboro flavored liquid. I bought 10 cartridges for $6 so I could try the different flavors. A bottle of juice costs about a $10 and will last you a month. The cartridges last about a week. So, no matter which way you look at it you save and you get off of tobacco.
