“Liason to the ADA Office” may be the new title. Plus, I put my trigger finger someplace where it shouldn’t have been. Would LOVE to Sabatub face El Pollo!
Speaking of Zim, I read where he was walking past the old stadium, got too close to an industrial electro magnet removing debris, and was lifted off the ground.
this is my favorite, wasnt there a play in the alds where bay just hurled a ball toward the infield at no one in particular?
“I know I’ve heard that from the defensive metric system that he’s got a lower value, but in Fenway Park, that’s minimized. That’s where you play 81 of your games, so it becomes less of an issue, so he becomes more valuable. You go to Yankee Stadium, you know what? That might change a little bit. I’ve always thought he was a really good athlete. I would guess that his lower defensive value has more to do with his range than anything because fundamentally, he’s a very, very good outfielder. He hits cutoff men. He doesn’t have a super-strong arm but in left field you don’t have to. In Fenway Park, that defensive metric is probably not as significant as if he was playing in Anaheim.”
Bay is a bad fielder, j, and it goes beyond his range.
In Fenway, a LFer doesn’t have to go back on a ball, he just turns around and plays it off the wall.
He got a lot of assists because the majority of hitters that bang one of the Monster will try for second.
As a result, the throw to 2nd is about 180 feet, so no cut off man is needed.
Plus, even ( as mentioned above ) if you just heave it into the infield, there are up to 5 players to retrieve it, so rarely are you charged with an error.
Bay’s UZR is horrible, considering the ballpark he plays half his games in.
"During my 18 years I came to bat almost 10,000 times. I struck out about 1,700 times and walked maybe 1,800 times. You figure a ballplayer will average about 500 at-bats a season. That means I played 7 years without ever hitting the ball." - Mickey Mantle

CC/lee both on 3 days rest in game 4 according to espn
In that bandbox, he’d probably be able to track it down to the wall himself!
I’d rather face Hamels right now than Pedro.
I thought it was a focus problem on my part, due to serious permanent damage, last night.
You got that right Lou,a high holy day approaches.
I hope desk duty didn’t come at the expense of a pistol whipped Yank fan.
Pedro! Pedro at the stadium! I want a 6 spot followed by a comebacker to the gnads,in the 1st.
fuck his gnads! I want a comebacker that explodes his nose all over his face and knocks 8 of his teeth out
I’m a sucker for a heart warming moment.
How great would it be for Don Zimmer to throw out the first pitch, and then have Pedro run in from the bullpen and throw him to the ground.
The crowd would go nuts.
fuck his gnads! I want a comebacker that explodes his nose all over his face and knocks 8 of his teeth out.
I’d rather see Zim hit him with a Ballantine bottle from the upper deck
I’ll go with yours J
check out hairstons #s v. pedro. Was it enrique wilson that used to kill little petey

Teh it was Wilson.
who’d you shoot?
Popeye launching bottles from the upper deck is a funny picture G
Somehow yeah was typed as Teh.I did do some damage
That’d be cool also, G.
Speaking of Zim, I read where he was walking past the old stadium, got too close to an industrial electro magnet removing debris, and was lifted off the ground.
It had to be turned off to release him.
Sounds like DeskDuty put his finger in Barney Miller’s mush.
I want to feed them to him Lev.OK Zim,I’ll empty, you launch
barney….hahahahahahahahah
magnet-ahahahahahahahahha
arms and legs flailing like the old Krazy Glue commercials.
Desk, did I read you correctly, you’re rooting for the Yank’s,and a rooster is also being summoned for the purpose?
Don’t sell desk duty short.
Counterfeit grocery coupons are the scourge of civilized society.
I don’t think Zim has any problems emptying his own “ammo” G.
That’s what I was afraid of Lev.I just don’t want it affecting his accuracy
Barney Miller….hahahhaha. I gotta ask Babe and Shoe, how could I get this finger treated!
YANKS IN 4!!!!
accuracy-ahahahahahahahah
Now you are scaring me Duty.
are the ADAs as hot as them hookers they have on law and order? If so, I think you can find a place to stick that finger
Tread lightly with treatment from them Desk.I’m seeing a progressively worse condition coming out of that
Yeah Baby,We got 4/COBRA/FUZZ/Desk/LUNA on board.Roosters all over the northeast are scattering

First thing I thought of
Pedro Martinez also wanted the Yankees.

fuck pedro
Where he breathes
You know what’s funny J? Curt talking about rbi per opportunity and 35% being poor. Guess how many rbi Drew had with risp? 46 rbi
Guess how many pa with risp? 143
Drew is at 32% in so called opportunities.
way to get to the heart of his bullshit Levi.
what is bays %?
Nice Lev.He’s a bag of wind

Drew hit .254 with 60+ rbi but made the pitcher throw an average of 6 pitches every pa?
Does anyone see something wrong with how these guys are measured today? Thank you Billy Beane.
BTW- That is how I heard Danny Murphy being praised all year. “He works the count.” “He makes the pitcher work.”
That’s great when it is a means to an end and not an end in itself. That’ll be the next valued position in baseball, “count worker”. What a joke!
hes a bag of douche
Is there one of those new fangled sites that gives the league leaders in that category?
Drew hit .279 with 68 rbi but the point is the same.
Bay was 82 rbi in 183 pa with risp (44.8%)
