Meanwhile, over in Met Land, Jerry Manuel has second thoughts about moving Jose Reyes to the three hole. We know this because now he has Reyes bunting (or as Reyes puts it, “bone-ting”). In the unusually tense post game, Manuel cited the “differen ajussmens” he’ll have to make because Reyes couldn’t take full advantage of the fifteen minutes of bunting practice yesterday afternoon that could have saved the Mets’ season.
